Data Instincts is based in Northern California, near Santa
Rosa. Our online resource directory evolved from numerous e-mails and inquiries
looking for new tools and services in the area of Customer Relationship
Management, and what we refer to as Community Relationship Management. As our
consulting practice has grown we continue to search for and post relevant tools
and services we find useful in our work, or believe others may benefit from, in
the CRM, eCRM and One to One Marketing space. We believe these tools can help
government organizations, public construction projects and engineering firms,
add value to their efforts and better serve the public.
