Mark Millan, principal and owner of Data Instincts, one of Sonoma County’s top
marketing firms, has been nominated and officially appointed as the chairperson
of the WateReuse Public Education and Outreach Committee. The WateReuse
Association is a national organization with the mission “to advance the
beneficial and efficient use of water resources through education, sound
science, and technology,” and is well known to water and environmental
management agencies and governmental entities throughout the world.
Best known locally for their work on the Geysers Project, Data Instincts has
been involved with public outreach and education for recycled water projects and
water conservation programs throughout California, including working with the
city of Santa Rosa, Redwood City, Windsor, and upcoming projects in Clovis and
Oxnard.
Mark Millan is “honored to be working with such a prestigious national
association,” and is looking forward to helping communities’ nation-wide
formulate meaningful public outreach programs to help meet future water supply
demands by utilizing water conservation and recycled water.
