Publications in Launch of New National Product featuring Jury Instruction

Rosa, CA – March 14 – FORECITE also known as, Forecite Legal Publications,
released FORECITE National, the country’s most complete resource guide
to criminal jury instruction. Data Instincts has created a direct mail and web
linked marketing program to reach attorneys nationally that would benefit from
FORECITE’s newest product. Available on CD-ROM, FORECITE National is a
collaborative effort by some of the country’s best criminal law practitioners
that helps attorneys with defense oriented pattern instructions, defense
strategies and tactical ideas to gain the competitive edge.

contains over 7,000 clear, issue-specific sample instructions complete with
published authority, Constitutional Issues research notes and persuasive
analysis, all on one CD-ROM updated every 90 days, which can save valuable
research time and money.
The new web site created by Data
Instincts and Santa Rosa web developer Keith Smith of GraphicSmiths, allows for
online ordering and detailed information of FORECITE’s National and California
product versions. The marketing effort is in a testing phase till June. Various
offers and response tactics are being tested. A full-blown effort will follow
initial findings.
