Data Instincts Secures Federal Trademark
Windsor, CA - October 23, 2001 -- Data Instincts announced
today that it has been granted a Service Mark trademark for its name Data
Instincts by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The law firm of
Spaulding McCullough & Tansil assisted the Windsor firm in securing the
Service Mark for its work involving Customer Relationship Management.

(Customer Relationship Management), and eCRM industry before endorsing them to
