Mark Millan received the 2026 Presidents Award from WaterReuse California President Roger Bailey in recognition of his service to the organization at their annual conference held in San Francisco (August 23-26). For more than 30 years, Mark Millan has helped agencies successfully communicate and engage the public and decision makers to advance water reuse and recycled water projects. His impact on the WaterReuse organization has been far-reaching. He has played a pivotal role in shaping our communication strategies and public engagement efforts, not just in California, but nationally and internationally, as a respected advocate for water reuse.
Mark has served for six years on the Board of Trustees for WaterReuse California and on the Communications Collaborative Group and the International Reuse Committees.
